1. 서비스
숏츠 스튜디오(이하 “서비스”)는 초대받은 회원이 YouTube Shorts 대본과 영상을 만들고 검수해 본인이 연결한 YouTube 채널에 업로드할 수 있게 하는 제작 도구입니다.
2. 계정
- 계정은 관리자가 발급하며, 회원은 계정 정보를 안전하게 관리해야 합니다.
- 다른 사람의 계정이나 권한이 없는 YouTube 채널을 연결해서는 안 됩니다.
3. 콘텐츠와 책임
- AI가 만든 대본과 영상은 초안입니다. 업로드 전 내용·저작권·초상권을 확인하고 승인하는 책임은 회원에게 있습니다.
- 업로드한 영상은 회원의 YouTube 채널에 게시되며, 게시물에 대한 책임은 채널 소유자에게 있습니다.
- YouTube 기능을 사용하면 YouTube 서비스 약관과 커뮤니티 가이드를 따라야 합니다.
4. 금지 행위
- 법령이나 YouTube 정책을 위반하는 콘텐츠 제작·업로드
- 서비스를 이용한 스팸, 대량 무단 업로드, 타인의 권리 침해
- 서비스의 보안을 우회하거나 방해하는 행위
5. 개인정보
개인정보와 Google 사용자 데이터 처리는 개인정보처리방침을 따릅니다.
6. 서비스 변경·중단
서비스는 사전 공지 후 기능을 변경하거나 중단할 수 있으며, 약관 위반 시 계정 이용을 제한할 수 있습니다. 서비스는 있는 그대로 제공되며, 법령이 허용하는 범위에서 서비스 이용으로 생긴 손해에 대해 책임지지 않습니다.

Terms of Service (English)
Shorts Studio is a production tool for invited members to create, review and upload YouTube Shorts to YouTube channels they connect themselves. Members must only connect channels they are authorized to manage, are responsible for reviewing AI-generated drafts and for everything uploaded to their channel, and must comply with the YouTube Terms of Service. Spam, unauthorized mass uploads, infringing content and attempts to bypass security are prohibited. We may change or discontinue the service and restrict accounts that violate these terms.
