개인정보처리방침

숏츠 스튜디오(이하 “서비스”)는 회원의 개인정보와 Google 사용자 데이터를 아래와 같이 처리합니다.

1. 수집하는 정보

  • 회원 계정: 이름, 이메일, 비밀번호(해시로만 저장), 로그인 세션 정보
  • YouTube 연결 시 Google에서 받는 정보: 연결한 YouTube 채널의 ID·이름·핸들·썸네일 URL, OAuth 갱신 토큰(refresh token)
  • 서비스 이용 기록: 회원이 만든 채널 설정, 대본, 렌더링한 영상, 작업 기록

2. Google 사용자 데이터의 이용

서비스는 다음 두 가지 권한(scope)만 요청합니다.

  • https://www.googleapis.com/auth/youtube.upload — 회원이 승인한 영상을 회원이 [유튜브 업로드]를 눌렀을 때 연결된 채널에 업로드하기 위해
  • https://www.googleapis.com/auth/youtube.readonly — 연결한 채널의 이름·핸들·썸네일을 화면에 표시해 어느 채널에 올라가는지 확인하기 위해

서비스는 회원의 명시적인 업로드 요청 없이 영상을 올리지 않으며, 기존 영상·댓글·구독자·분석 데이터 등 그 밖의 YouTube 데이터를 읽거나 수정하지 않습니다.

서비스가 Google API에서 받은 정보를 사용하고 다른 앱으로 전송하는 방식은 Google API 서비스 사용자 데이터 정책의 제한적 사용(Limited Use) 요건을 준수합니다. Google 사용자 데이터는 위 기능 제공에만 쓰이며, 광고에 쓰거나 판매하지 않고, AI 모델 학습에 사용하지 않습니다.

3. 저장과 보호

  • OAuth 갱신 토큰은 AES-256-GCM으로 암호화해 데이터베이스에 저장하며, 복호화 키는 별도로 관리합니다.
  • 접근 토큰(access token)은 업로드할 때만 발급받아 쓰고 저장하지 않습니다.
  • 모든 통신은 HTTPS로 암호화됩니다.

4. 제3자 제공

서비스는 개인정보와 Google 사용자 데이터를 제3자에게 판매하거나 제공하지 않습니다. 다만 서비스 운영을 위해 다음 인프라를 사용합니다: Railway(서버·데이터베이스 호스팅), Cloudflare(도메인·파일 저장). 영상 업로드는 Google의 YouTube Data API로 전송됩니다.

5. 보관 기간과 삭제

  • 채널 페이지에서 [연결 해제]를 누르면 저장된 토큰과 채널 정보를 즉시 삭제하고 Google에 토큰 폐기(revoke)를 요청합니다.
  • 언제든지 Google 계정의 서드파티 액세스 설정에서 서비스의 접근 권한을 해제할 수 있습니다.
  • 계정이나 데이터 삭제를 원하면 아래 연락처로 요청해 주세요. 확인 후 30일 이내에 삭제합니다.

6. YouTube 약관

서비스는 YouTube API 서비스를 사용합니다. YouTube 연결 기능을 사용하면 YouTube 서비스 약관에 동의하게 되며, Google의 데이터 처리는 Google 개인정보처리방침을 따릅니다.

Privacy Policy (English)

Data we collect. Member account data (name, email, hashed password, session). When a member connects YouTube: the connected channel's ID, title, handle and thumbnail URL, and an OAuth refresh token.

How we use Google user data. We request only youtube.upload (to upload a video the member approved, when the member clicks the upload button) and youtube.readonly (to show which channel is connected). We do not upload without an explicit request and do not read or modify any other YouTube data. Shorts Studio's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Google user data is not sold, not used for advertising and not used to train AI models.

Storage. Refresh tokens are encrypted with AES-256-GCM; access tokens are obtained per upload and not stored. All traffic uses HTTPS. Hosting: Railway (server, database), Cloudflare (domain, file storage).

Sharing. We do not sell or share personal data or Google user data with third parties.

Retention and deletion. Disconnecting YouTube on the channel page deletes the stored token and channel info immediately and revokes the token with Google. You can also revoke access at myaccount.google.com/permissions. To delete your account or data, email us; we delete it within 30 days.
